WAC 510 Wave 2 settings?

Hi all.

Just a question about the WAC510 because I'm a bit confused.

It is stated that the product supports AC Wave2.

When setting up the box and going through the gui there are a lot of settings regarding Wireless, 5Ghz,

but none of them hint or display anyting about the wave 2 capabilities.

Highest bandwidth possible is 80Mhz, but in my book wave 2 should support up to 160Mhz.

Maybe I'm lost in the standards!!?

Thanks for any input.

/Greg

Just as not every 802.11ac Wave 1 device does not have 4x4 and supporting link rates of 1734 Mb/s there are many different variants of Wave 2 devices, eg. adding MU-MIMO 2x2:2 for example on the WAC505/510, or the lower 5 GHz radio on the WAC540 (the upper 5 GHz is a 4x4).

Always consult the data sheet for details.
