WAC104 Firmware Update

Uploaded latest firmware update for WAC104 -- 1.0.4.21 using the web interface method and it seemed to proceed properly; however, after it was completed the status window makes it appear that the update was unsuccessful -- I'm still on 1.0.4.9.   No change at all.  I did this after receiving an email from Netgear informing me that this is an important security update.  Also .. when i used the optoin to check for a firmware update using the web interface, it seemed to indicate there was no later version of my firmware available.  So, I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated.
