WAC505 looses configuration after power loss

Hallo, i´m using a WAC505 AccessPoint which is powered through POE. Everything is working perfect, but if i encounter a power loss, the configuraton of the wac505 is also lost. what is wrong? i'm us...

    yes, factory default. so i opend a replacement call at netgear support

    the exchange the ap to a new one.

    now everything is working

     

    it seems that the config could not stored permanently in the chips

Can you share the switch model details that you have connected your AP?

    the switch is a dlink (not netgear), modell DGS-1008P from d-link

     

    other poe devices are working ok - e.g video surveillance cams...
