WAC720 - Speed Issues

Good Afternoon,

 

We currently have an array WAC720 managed via a WC7600 controller at our primary school. We have 24 APs in total currently the controller is running FW version -  6.5.5.24.

 

The school have recently had installed a new 100/100 FTTP line and have reported incosistent speeds and issues over the wireless network. As low as 20/20.

 

I have noted on another post that this model is known for speed issues but doesnt list a defined resolution.

 

Please could you assist or advise?

    Welcome to our community! :)

     

    It seems that you were having speed issues with the APs connected to the wireless controller. May I know if this happened after they installed the new FTTP line? Is this working perfectly before? What are the other changes other than the FTTP line?

      Though not as regularly highlighted it seems that issues where present prior to the line installation.

       

       No other changes have been made to the network.

       

      Line tests over Ethernet, at the router and with the telco confirm there is no fault with the line :)
