WAG102 -> web management with RC4 not supported (chrome browser)
Chrome Browser doesn't support accessing web interface of Netgear WAG102 access point. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH Will there be a firmware update regarding SSL security?

The WAG102 is an old access point by NETGEAR and there has been no new version of firmware that has been released for a long time. For me, I considered this access point as an EOL (End-of-Life) device though its not yet listed in the NETGEAR EOL Bulletin here. I also think that the NETGEAR EOL Bulletin should be updated.
Since you are still able to access the web-GUI of the WAG102 using IE11 tthen I suggest you to just use IE11. Otherwise, you may open an online case with NETGEAR Support and inquire about the WAG102.

a. What is the current version of Google Chrome are you using?
b. Have you tried using other PC/s or laptop/s that has Google Chrome installed in order to isolate the problem?
c. Have you tried using other browsers like Firefox or Internet Explorer?
d. What is the current firmware version of the WAG102?

a) using chrome version 48.0.2564.103 m (64-bit)
b) problem occours on every Windows 7 machine using the latest chrome version
c) using e.g. latest Firefox 44.0 it shows "ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap"
using current Internet Explorer 11 still works
d) Firmware V2.0.16
