In case you can't figure out anything else, with the WiF connection established to the WAX202, and share the details available from:
On Apple iOS phones, under Settings -> WiFi ... check the (i) for IP Address and Router (technically the default gateway IP address).
On Android phones, in the Internet connection, click on the cogwheel to see IP address and gateway details.

Hi, Thanks for replying!
It turns out my phone hasn't been able to connect, I don't know if I connected to the wrong network before or something like that.
The ethernet cable goes to the WAN port on the router, which is connected to a switch. The ethernet cable works fine when it runs directly to a different device, so I don't think the port or cable is the issue.
I connected my PC to the AP (It decided to work now), but couldn't access APlogin as I didn't have internet connection
Thanks for any help though,
Milo

Assuming the WAX202 is in router (NAT) mode, you can check your computer for the assigned LAN IP address, subnet mask, and the default gateway IP address ... probably 192.168.1.1 so try https://192.168.1.1/ from your PC Web browser.

That IP doesn't get me anywhere. Is there a way to find a different IP that might?

Check your computer DHCP assigned IP address and default gateway. a common possibility is calling ipconfig from the (Windows-) CMD or PowerShell. Other examples here
In case the WAX202 default LAN IP was changed in the past, or in case the WAX202 is configured in Access Point Mode, you might see a random public or RFC1918 Private IP address or RFC6598 Carrier Grade NAT addresses.
