Unlikely, another switch will hand out addresses from the 192.168.1.0 IP subnet network.
Similar, the WAX610 does not have an on-board DHCP server, except you have configured an SSID NAT mode (default in the 172.31.0.0 address range) and configured a different IP pool. However, this SSID NAT mode would allow Internet access then.
Best guess some other device, like another consumer or SOHO router is active on the same network.
