WAX610 configuration changes unintentionally
I am operating 2 of the new WAX610 APs.
The APs were running well for months.
Firmware is the latest one V9.2.0.7 . The AP is operated in local mode.
Within the last 2 weeks the APs changed their LED configuration and lost the fixed IP-address. WLAN was not accessable.
After getting access over the WEB-Interface I saw the password of the first WLAN was changed to the password given to the AP admin.
That 's very strange. Has anybody simular behaviour observed ?

Hello Raghu,
today at one of the access points the same things happened again!
The failure image is the same:
- The passphrase of the first SSID changed to the insight/admin password
- The Schedule changes for both SSIDs to always on
- The LED configuration changes from "All off" to "All on"
- The fixed IP-address remained correct.
- The management mode of the AP changed to "Insight mode"
I can only send you the logs after the restart because the AP was not reachable this morning
The log file I have send as a private message to you
regards
Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang10
It looks like WAX610 is managed via Insight. Please confirm on this.
Send me the LED screen shot with configuration back up file. Config backup file is encrypted so you need to share the password to decrypt.
Thanks,
Raghu
