WAX610 Samba TCP Retransmissions

Just wanted to post a follow-up to this thread. After doing some further research, I discovered that the issue did not lie with the WAX610, and instead lies with my virtual machine & hypervisor. Thank you to the Netgear team for reaching out to me and assisting with diagnosing my issue. Very professional customer service
Hard to imagine WMM will cause such an effect. Have seen issues on adapter, switchport, or cabling issues, much more likely than anything on the AP or the NAS, for example when Jumbo Frames are travelling an environment breaking up frames, leading to retransmission.
It’s quite bizarre. I tried using the AC adapter instead of my POE injector with no change. My cables all perform perfectly with iperf3 throughput testing. I also tried a 2.5 Mikrotik switch with the AP. The issue may lie with my virtualized SAMBA server. Strangely it is both WAX APs that show the issue. I’m scratching my head
