I too am seeing the error mentioned.
"XXXXXXXXA0E09: The configd has failed over 5 times consecutively. Contact technical support."
Additionally, many of my APs lose connectivity with the Insight dashboard. They still function and are accessible directly by IP and I can run pings and speed tests through the local console interface; however, attempts to run the same diagnostics through Insight produces the following error:
"An error occurred while processing the request. Try again."
There's no rhyme or reason for this issue. I have a weekly reboot schedule to mitigate the problem, but it still happens. In fact, the last reboot occurred at 1 AM on 2/1/2025, and of the 51 APs I have, 32 are disconnected from Insight.
