WAX630E Root and Extender Association Disconnect Issue
I have had a case open with NETGEAR for over 2 months. They released 10.8.8,7 which was supposed to fix this but the problem still remains (at least on 6Ghz band) Problem: WAX630E devices in ...

I’ve been working with development regarding this matter since I posted.
There was a new firmware released today which I hope resolves this issue as my units have been in support mode for a few weeks with netgear development monitoring the errors and disconnections which have happened consistently during this time.
I am hopeful this new release resolves it
10.8.10.10 is the build.
Not much listed in the release notes for fixes
WAX630E/WAX638E Firmware version 10.8.10.10

Well 10.8.10.10 did NOT solve the problem.
Just had one base station drop off due to association error again while all APs are on 10.8.10.10
Association denied due to maximum client count.
I have nowhere near the limit of endpoints and I do not have load balancing enabled. Very frustrating.
Usually one or two random extender APs decide to just drop off the wireless network forcing me to reboot the root every 24 to 48 hours.

Hi xjrguy,
Have this reported to your existing ticket so Engineering can continue to work and investigate on your issue.
Kind regards,
BrianL

I have Pramendra on speed dial. 🤣
He’s been made aware. I sent him logs and support mode is still enabled so there should hopefully be total insight (pun intended) into this continuing problem.
