What is the current firmware version of the WC7520?
Not sure if this will help. I found this old thread here on how to recover the WNDAP360.

Thanks, that is useful. Do I take it that what appears to be a second Ethernet port is the RS232 port?
The WC7520 is at the latest (last) firmware.

The port next to the factory reset hole is the console port. Make sure that you set the following settings before you access the WNDAP360 via console: 9600 K default baud rate, (8) data bits, no (N) parity bit, and one (1) stop bit.
