Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the AP. I looked up the case and it was indicated that if the issue comes back after the factory reset and firmware update the device will be replaced. I have talked to support and asked them for someone to contact you and process your RMA. The product that you have has a Complimentary NBD (Next-Business-Day) replacement, so you there should be no charge.

Thank you I will contact them. I'm trying one thing right now. I set the 5G chanell to auto. It was at at chanell 11. I will let u know in a few days.
