GC110 use own managment
Hello folks, we have 5000+ Netgear GS110T under our *own* management. Now we must migrate to another platform, because GS110T is no longer available (and GS110TP is too expensive and we don't need P...
My question is:
Is there an (open and halfway documented) API (formerly NSDP, which is insecure, we know) to use for integrating those switches in our *own* management?
Are you referring that a custom firmware needs to be uploaded to the GC110 so that it can be integrated to your "own" management?
As far as I have checked, there is no API documentation that will make the GC110 be integrated to a certain management. As reference, the GC110 documentation can be accessed here.

It's not only about firmware, but mainly to configure ports to deliver specific vlans and such things.

Thanks for your help, we know, how to configure vlans or trunks.
My challenge is to administer several thousand of those switches through batch processes. So we had written our own management, which base on NSDP (Netgear Switch Discovery Protocol) and manage our 5000+ Netgear GS110T with that.
Now we are searching for a similar way to do that with the Netgear GC110, which will be several 1000 in the future, too, - if there is a useful way.
