Fritzbox+GS305E+WAX210 Vlan
Checked serveral similar posts, but could not find my case. It seems to me, that my case is less complex than those I found. I ordered a GS308E and a WAX210 in order to be able to create a segme...
Seemingly any type of Help and Support for me is inexistent.
I can‘t register the serial number of the GS308E nor the serial number of the WAX210. inserting the serial number, the button „Register“ remains greyed out.
Attempting to start a chat with support, a message like „queue is filled up“ is preventing support.The button „phone call“ for me is greyed out.
Trying to get help here, it seems that noone cares.
I have to send back the produkts.

Product registration can be done direct on https://my.netgear.com/register.aspx - the form requires either a 13 or in some special case a 16 long serial number - like XYZ1234567890 - to "unlock" the [Register] button.
will this setup prevent devices in Vlans prevent to access devices in the Fritzbox Lan?
Yes: Of course it will, because of different VLANs and IP subnets can't communitate.
There is only one Ethernet port ln the Fritzbox allowing to operate a dedicated network. This is the Fritzbox Guest network, available as a untagged (access) port.
There is no [T]agged VLAN access to the Guest network available, nor does any Fritzbox allow to operate more than these two networks and IP subnets, nor does and Fritzbox support any IP routing between the Guest and the LAN (and definitively no additional IP subnets).
The button „phone call“ for me is greyed out.
