Installation von neuen Apps nicht mehr möglich

Hallo,

ich versuche eine neue App (SMBPlus) herunter zu laden. Ich bekomme aber immer den Fehler, dass die App nicht installiert werden kann.

Wenn ich dann per SSH und APT versuche das zu installieren bekomme ich:
