Thanks for replying people, but non actually help answer the question, unless I'm being thick.
I already have an insight account with devices added to it This Amazon device I've purchased was obviously a return, but the person registered it to their own insight account. So how do I go about fixing this does Netgear support need to intervene so it can be removed from its present account and then I can register it on mine?
The popup states "change its management mode to insight" which means nothing to me, no option in the device GUI to do this, and I don't have access to the account it was originally registered too, if that is where I'm supposed to go.

Send an E-Mail with proof of purchase, product information with serial number and your concern to customer.service@netgear.com

Just wanted to check if your concern has been attended to? If not yet, kindly send me via private message the serial number of your NETGEAR device and a soft copy of its Proof of Purchase. You can upload the soft copy of the Proof of Purchase to your Google Drive and provide me the download link for it.

I've not heard anything back as yet from my email to customer.service@netgear.com which I sent on 8 Apr 2022, 22:00 (3 days ago).
