GC728X SFP+ only 1Gb

Hi all,

for me is the first time to ask to community to help me to solve an issue on this switch.

I have a problem with one on 2 SFP+ port where, when i connect 10 Gb device, port still using 1 Gb; i tried to force to 10 Gb but never changed.

If I attach this device to another SFP+ port on another switch connection speed are 10 Gb as same if I attach this device on second SFP+ port in this switch.

The second SFP+ port running as expected at 10 Gb.

xg27 CISCO-FINISAR 0 0 FNS17492H7U SFP-10G-LR 10300 10GBase-LR Yes 1G
xg28 OEM 0 0 S190102022896 SFP-H10GB-CU2M 10300 R DAC Yes 10G
