    Static routing feature has always been available on the 28-port models via the local web GUI; and it will be coming soon in Insight as well.

      From post: Currently, static routing needs to be setup using the local-only web GUI, but will soon be available in the Insight mobile app and Insight Cloud portal, so stay tuned for that!
