Insight Switches PoE Downtime Not Re-Enabling After Daylight Savings

We have ~15 sites with PoE Downtime enabled on Insight. Since Daylight Savings (Sunday), these devices have not turned on after their downtime range has been passed in the morning. To re-enable these...
