Can't add RN424 to insight
In my insight app, my readynas RN424 shows up as an insight manageable device. When I go through the process to add it, i get the message that it Cannot be Added, the device model is not supported ...

Let us isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Is ReadyCloud enabled on your RN424?
b. Do you have an existing Insight account? If ever you don't have, kindly create one. Refer to the article below as reference:
