Insight App 7.4.4

The latest app update to 7.4.4 seems unstable on iPhone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the app continues to crash. Any one else experiencing this same issue?

  • Yeah having the same issue. IOS App crashes on login on both my iPhone and iPad. I ha e removed the app and reinstalled from the AppStore but still have the same issue. 

     

  • Yes. Same problem here. App does not stay open after login. Closes immediately after logging in.
  • The enemy of good is better. Like Crowdstrike this update is a killer.
  • Same here, put the on the update -instant crash. Reload the app same thing -crashes when logging in.
  • Just a microsecond before the app crashes there is a message flash about having no insight licenses.

    This is not the case I have verified I have all my licenses active from checking in on the web version.

    BUT.... I see from the release notes that a bug with misreporting licenses was reportedly fixed.  Maybe this is related to the app crash not sure.   Still not working on IOS Iphone 15 and my Ipad.

      I was just getting on to say the same thing... Noticed it was working while on the phone with support...FIGURED.

       

      Now I know how the my other clients feel when everything works when they call me.
