Insight Cloud Portal - I am unable to disable SSID
. The portal shows the SSID as disabled, yet my devices see and can connect to the SSID. The portal also shows the devices on that SSID that I have disabled.

What device is being managed by NETGEAR Insight wherein you wanted the SSID to be disabled?

Yes it was working before, I have 3 wac 510 units. It was working before the last firmware/insight update.

Since the SSID shows disabled on the Insight portal, kindly try to enable it then disable it. Then, observe if the same problem will occur.
