Insight Maintenance Release Scheduled for Oct 12, 2018 11PM PDT
As part of our continued commitment to improve your NETGEAR Insight experience, a maintenance period to release NETGEAR Insight v5.1 (IM5.1) is scheduled as follows:
Maintenance Details:
Start Date and Time: Friday, October 12, 2018 at 23:00:00 PDT
End Date and Time: Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 00:00:00 PDT
IMPORTANT: Make sure to save all of your settings prior to the start of the maintenance period to avoid any unintentional loss.
During the scheduled maintenance, your access to the mobile app and Cloud Portal may appear intermittent, but your network will continue to work as usual.
After the maintenance period, on your mobile device, you should download the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to make the Insight experience better.

This is a platform update so it would affect both, yes. A banner is posted in the Insight category level so this info is available to both Insight and Insight Pro users in the community. The downtime should be very brief.
