Volume Maintenance scheduled jobs stopped running
Hi. I have scheduled maintenance jobs (see attached), which have run happily since I installed the ReadyNAS, but for a few months now they have not been running (log attached). I can't put a precise date on it unfortunately, nor can I remember if there have been any updates that might have triggered it. I also can't find any way to get the jobs to run manually. So I'm stumped! Any ideas please? Thanks in advance
Well, that (firmware update) seems to have done the trick - I set a schedule for 11 GMT today and it's currently in progress.... fingers crossed. Thanks for the input

What firmware are you running?
I suggest rebooting the NAS if you haven't tried that. Maybe adjust the schedule to run the scrub (or file system check) tomorrow first.

Firmware is 4.2.31
I have rebooted and run the jobs several times since it started but still seems stuck...
My hunch is a firmware update that's done it but it's only a hunch
Maybe I could try to reinstall?

I've been running 4.2.31 for a long time now, and the maintenance functions have been working for me.
You could try disabling the functions and re-enabling them (if you haven't done that already).
You could of course try an OS reinstall, though I think I'd try an over-install of 4.2.31 from the web ui instead.
