Insight Premium Subscription Update

I have an Insight Premium subscription that expires in March 2023.  But my paid credits are only 5, while I have 6 devices.  The sixth device (WAC 540) until a couple of days ago was covered by the initial free deal.  My location and all my devices and my subscription status are shown in the Insight IOS app.  But to update my premium subscription I have to go to the Insight Web Portal.  But in the portal my devices are shown but not my location nor my subscription as it exists today.  Both the IOS app and the portal use the same login credentials.  How in the world am I supposed to add a device credit in the portal?

  • I need to correct an error in my original post.  As a result of a much earlier mistake I made with my accounts, I now remember that my IOS app credentials use my jedi1844@icloud.com login ID, but my regular Netgear account uses my login ID jediv1844@gmail.com.  But interestingly, all my devices show under both IDs.  But my Location and Subscription status only show in my IOS app.  Help.

      I am losing my mind.  It appears that my previous correction was in error.  My user ID credentials for both the IOS app and the web portal are the same.  But I still think there is some administrative confusion going on in the back office details of my accounts.
