Insight Web Interface "Invalid Session" Popup
I can not work with the Insight Web interface. Since a few days, I login, do MFA, Trust the browser (Safari, Chrome), use it for a few minutes, and then Insight Popup presents me with an "Invalid Ses...
Well, I was going to try to open a ticket by clicking the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of this page which would take you to
https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
...but that page returns a 404 :(
It's been 3 months with this annoying error which makes navigating the portal next to impossible. My renewal is April 5th for 16 devices. If this isn't fixed in the next couple weeks, my plan is to get things as stable as possible and not renew.
