Outdated info in Insight Management App
Hi There,
I have a strange issue.
I configured 2 WAC505 APs for my neighbour and installed the Insight App on his smartphone.
Today I updated both APs from a very old firmware 4.x.y to the latest 8.x.y using the Insight App.
When I login to the APs using the web interface of the AP, they are running the latest firmware.
When I look in the Insight App a firmware update is available and the current firmware is still the old one.
I can reboot the APs form the Insight App and I am able to connect to the Wifi network.
How can I resolve this issue?
