WAX615 Samsung A20 Android 10 won't connect to AP unless the WIFI 6 is disabled on the AP
Hello, SO I got this AP working so far so good, I have connected several devices with no issues. There is one device that won't connect unless I disable (by UN-ticking) the WIFI 6 setting on the AP. When disabled the phone will connect with no issues. What could be the issue? Is there a fix for this, is this by design? Thanks in advance.

A little bit confused about your insight stating "Samsung A20 Android 10". As far as I'm aware, many A20 versions came on to the market without 5 GHz WiFi support at all, some geeks hacked-in one or two additional modules to enable WiFi 6. Assume this is no such device however.
Early Intel WiFi drivers (and the embedded loaded microcode) similarly refused to connect AX enabled APs. An update cured this issue very early.
Could be well possible, your A20 has WiFi 6 by default. Before hunting ghosts: I would expect your A20 does qualify for an update to One UI 3.1 / Android 11. Head to Settings, scroll down to Software Update, and click on Download and Install.
