"404 not found" is given when logged into "Main UI"

All troubleshooting 1-5 have been tried.
I also tried reloading previous firmware and clearing the browser cache.
Is there nothing we can do about it?

Right.
I clicked on the button in the attached image.
Then “404 not found” will be displayed.
Another switch (M4250-10G2F-PoE+) caused the same problems.
Is there any solution?

Have you tried accessing it from a different computer? I do not remember if we have issue about this. Are they brand new switches?

Very sorry - I hope the HTTP GUI wasn't disabled previously by a previous user (if so, CLI needs to be used to undo the commands). For now, can you try to access http://[IP address]:49151/v1/base/cheetah_login.html
Replacing [IP address] by your switch IP address?

Would you mind telling me how were you able to reload the firmware of the unit? Is this the only unit you have? Can you also try the latest firmware from our site and check if it will make any improvements?If nothing still works do you know how to access the boot menu of the switch? There is an option there that you can activate the backup image. So how to access this is to connect your computer to serial port and reboot the switch, while the switch boots up keep pressing "Q" on your keyboard until you see the 14 options of boot menu and then let go of the "Q" key on your keyboard.

Hi,
Im having the same issues to login via the Main UI.
Now i know why because the HTTP-protokoll has been disabeld.
But i have Switches Where the HTTP is disabeld AND i can accsess the Main UI !?
surlyi would love to get the accsess at every switch.
Is there a possabillity ?
