Accessing Switch UI and Terminal
Hi! I have few M4250 ProAV switches that I setup using Netgear Engage. I wanted to access both the Switch UI and the Terminal from Engage but I don't have any password as it seems that Engage change...
Just curious, did you ever get a solution? I just onboarded a brand new M4350 using Engage without having to supply a password. Did the firmware update. But I can't access the switch through terminal, AV UI, or Main UI. Only through Engage. The password I use to login to Engage does not work for those other 3 access methods.
First I created a new Site in Engage and set the Site password, then I factory reset the switches and re-onboarded them into the new Site. You will need to re-configure them after this.
