Account Login Timed Out in AV UI Page
Whenever I log into the AV UI of my 4250-10G2XF I almost instantly get a warning message popup that I have been logged out due to a timeout. It makes configuring these a real pain - I have tried ...

Hi bcdaus ,
Sorry about that issue. The AVUI is using the API to connect to the switch using the "admin" main account. If you have the Engage controller running, it is using the same and it may explain why you are timing out when accessing the switch AVUI directly in your browser. Another user could be connected too, there can be only one API connection at a time and maybe the other browser took precedence? These are the two potential reasons that we see sometimes.
If you have the Engage controller running , you should create another user in the IT GUI (Security tab) for accessing the switch separately.
If none of these two options are the root cause, then maybe there is a firewall in your network or your PC/Mac blocking some ports - please email the tech-support file to ProAVDesign@netgear.com using the IT GUI (Maintenance/Export/HTTP File Export/tech-support) and one of us will help you figure out.

Same problem.
Two identical switches with firmware 13.0.4.26.
One worked as expected, the other one gave me logouts after few clicks.
When using Engage BOTH switches give me logouts on the browser.
Do the switches connect to each other and then block AVUI? I don't want to use Engage software for every simple task! It has a bad UX. "Site" and "Controller" is confusing. Creating a new site should not be hidden like it is now. That site dropdown on the top left should offer an option for that.
Btw: Classic UI still has a bug in LLDP -> Remote Device Inventory.
Some column's data is belonging to other rows. At least management address.

Nope, but we have to I'm afraid.... Engage does use the same access as LaurentMa mentioned before in this thread. Engage and local Web UI usage is mutually exclusive. However, it's not consequently taken into account, there should be warning on the local Web UI IMHO.

Please open a new thread with some screenshots and explain better.

As above. Create a new dedicated thread, this might be unexpected.
Convinced Netgear will look into the suspect "bad UX" and the "classic UI bug in LLDP".
