Cannot login to account www.mywifiext.net

I just bought an EX6120|AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender. I registered the product and created an account on netgear.nl website. However, I cannot install the product. When visiting http://mywifiext.net/start.htm an e-mail and password box are shown. When I enter my account details in thse boxes the interface says that the password/username is incorrect.

 

Why does the log-in not work?

    If it is not working I would suggest factory resetting the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try the setup again.

      Did that and it worked for me. Thanks. Also had contact with Netgear by using the online chat. Good customer support.
