Cannot Connect with Birddog P100 or P200 through stacked M4250-10G2XF-PoE+ & M4250-12M2XF
Stacked M4250-10G2XF-PoE+ this week with M4250-12M2XF using an SFP+ patch cord. I have not updated the firmware, nor have I been able to figure out how to get into either switchs' GUI, but my real problem is I have been unable to connect using vMix with my cameras (Birdog Eyes P100 & P200) plugged into the 10G2XF with my encoding computer plugged into the 12M2XF. The cameras worked perfectly out of the box using only the 12M2XF (except that i had ugly extension cords powering my cameras rather than the PoE+ switch). All equipment is newly wired with CAT6 cables.

Hi Brent,
OK so the first thing you want to do is update the firmware on that switch. To do that you need to be able to login to the switch. The easiest way to do this in my opinion is to connect to the OOB port on each switch which has an IP of 192.168.0.239. You just need to set your computer's LAN port to something on the same subnet like 192.168.0.23 255.255.255.0 and you should be able to get to the GUI.
Once you're able to get to the GUI you can type 'admin' for the username and leave the password blank and hit 'enter' and that should prompt you to create a new password. Log back into the switch and go to Maintenance - Upgrade - HTTP File Upgrade and browse to the firmware file and click Apply. Once the firmware is loaded successfully you can go to the Reset tab and reboot the switch and you're all set.
Do this for any and all switches first and see if the resolves the issue.
