M4250-10G2XF-POE++ MANAGED SWITCH, Not powering the ports
Not powering the ports. Last night the switch was powering the ports, but I could not connect to it in any way (console, oob, switch port with the recommended IP's 192.168 and 169.254). This morning picked up a console cable but unable to connect.
The switch keeps running through it's power up self test, flashing the ports (amber light), but never completes the self-test. Pressed the reset button for 5 seconds and nothing happened, still running through self-test. Unplugged the power at least 3 times for ~30 seconds to reset it and did not work.
Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Nothing on the serial console (physically USB serial port)?
Well possible somehow, the boot loader was corrupted. Time to contact Netgear support, ideally via https://my.netgear.com/.
