Unfortunately, this is a global setting that we can only enable/disable on the device. You may want to submit a feature request here.

Hello,
Correct, Auto-Trunk is enabled at the platform level on M4250/M4300/M4350/M4500, and that is a good thing.
But we still can disable Auto-Trunk on a PER-PORT level, manually:
Here is the workaround you want to use:
1. Disable LLDP transmit on port can stop send auto-trunk to peer device by port level.
2. Disable LLDP receive on port to reject peer device auto-trunk by port level.
You can do it in the IT GUI, but even easier using the CLI (AV UI Diagnostics\Terminal) in your browser:
