Inter Vlan routing between two M4250 AV switches

Hi All,
We have two M4250 AV switches, with AV devices connected to the first switch having IP addresses in the range of 192.168.10.xx, and those connected to the second switch having IP addresses in the range of 192.168.20.xx. We want to establish communication between the AV devices on switch 1 and switch 2 via VLAN. How do I configure L3 routing on the M4250 switch? Also, do we need a crossover CAT cable for this setup to work?
