- General/Service Support: servicesupport@netgear.com
Not sales, but they still might be able to help.
Also, you might ask your questions here. schumaku in particular has a lot of experience with this (and is in Switzerland). Note this is a user-to-user forum, and neither he nor I work for Netgear.

All AV pre-sales service is Handels by a worldwide and regional ProAV Design and Engineering team - the correct way at - least for the initial contact - is by using the form and email as StephenB mentioned before.
Of course, Netgear has a regional DACH and local Swiss sales assigned. However, the sales team has not much real hands-on experience with AV Design and Engineering.
