With Auto-LAG enabled, and Auto-Trunk, you shouldn't configure anything on the uplinks. You should leave them unconfigured.
Now, it's normal you see all switches when connecting to the core switch. It's normal you only see the core switch when connecting to one switch at the edge.
You should use our Engage controller (it's free). Please follow the how-to's and email proavdesign@netgear.com if something is wrong still. We operate during weekdays.
