have you checked to see if the IP address for the router changed? I've see a firmware update cause a reset (or you reset) and it defaults to a different iP address if there's a conflict
- TechdeskxyFeb 09, 2024AspirantAfter the reset I connected directly to the modem. And the modem is set with DHCP mode so the IP changes for the Orbi. Before I had these issues, I had the Orbi set on a static IP but I have since removed that.

Correct. The issue is much deeper and somewhere in the way Insight is implemented on these Orbi Pro - all 80, 50, and 30 models are affected - once updated, and with Insight enabled.
- TechdeskxyFeb 14, 2024AspirantI have not been able to reach the orbilogin.com or reach 192.168.1.1. In the modem it is showing another IP address but, I also have factory reset the Orbi. At the moment I am at a loss.
