have you checked to see if the IP address for the router changed? I've see a firmware update cause a reset (or you reset) and it defaults to a different iP address if there's a conflict

After the reset I connected directly to the modem. And the modem is set with DHCP mode so the IP changes for the Orbi. Before I had these issues, I had the Orbi set on a static IP but I have since removed that.

Correct. The issue is much deeper and somewhere in the way Insight is implemented on these Orbi Pro - all 80, 50, and 30 models are affected - once updated, and with Insight enabled.

Previously yes, it was in AP mode, but I have since done a factory reset. I gave one more chance. Last night, I set it up and left it with the pulsating white light. This morning it was a solid white light. I don't think there is anything else to do. It really too bad, the Orbi was working perfectly before doing the firmware update. I guess it's time to explore other options to purchase.
