Cannot change any parameters via insight.netgear.com

Whenever I try to set any parameters, e.g. enable Guest wifi via insight.netgiear.com, I get the following error by email:

And no changes take place. Tried both the App and the website.

When making changes via orbilogin.net I am able to enable guest WiFi network, but I am afraid that after a while, when insight.netgear.com will synchronise with my router that change will be overwritten and Guest network will be disabled again.

Any ideas what is causing this and what options do I have to resolve it?

We need Netgear assistance on this issue, nothing the community can do for you here. No idea how the Orbi Pro 6 devices are logging and what information is made visible there. BruceGuo hnagaraju

These kind of concurrent config changes should (must) be prohibited: In Insight mode, in most areas, only Insight management must be possible. Any attempt to even access such functions should be suppressed. Reads like a bug to me. More attention by Netgear is urgently required please. Compare to the Insight Managed Access Point here for example:

While I have a good selection of Insight Managed WAC, WAX, and switches at hand, I'm still digging in the dark when it comes to Orbi Pro 6 systems....

Which ones of the at least two issues please - the failure of applying a guest network config, or lack of control segregation, allowing to use the local device Web UI unrestricted?

Thank you everyone. Really appreciate you looking into it. My biggest problem that my router is insight controlled, but I cannot make any configuration changes, always resulting in the type of error I pasted a screenshot of earlier. So its like my configuration is set in stone with settings when it last worked and since then no more changes are possible. Really dreadful setup…
