What materials is your home made from on the interior walls?
What do you have your broadcast strength setup?

Router on up stair,satellie on down stair,they are 20 meters apart.
Bricks in the house.
Try different setting from the forum but doesn't work.

Its the device themselves that decide whether to connect to router or satellite. Its not actually the router/satellite that decide it. Some devices tend to be "stickier" than others. You can try turning down the broadcast power if you think devices are picking up a certain device more than others.
