Devices not connecting to satellite

I've got a satalite set up in my office. It's connected properly to the router but none of the devices in my office are connecting to it. They all connecting to the router unit which is in a different room on a different floor. Is there any way of forcing devcies to connect to the satallite they're in the same room as?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Distance isn't an issue. Less than 30 ft. I seem to have fixed it by doing a full reset of the satellite in question.

lf less that 30 feet, it's not recommended to have the RBR and RBS in less that 30 feet. The signal is strong enough to carry past 30 feet on either unit. 30 feet is recommended starting point or farther.
