Frustrated after V4.2.3.102 update

Router: SXR80

Satellite: SXS80

Firmware: v4.2.3.102

 

Problems: 

1. Android play store is no longer able to download or update apps. Works when on Cellular or Work WiFi.

2. YouTube takes forever to load videos - on TV, Desktop, and Phones (iOS or Android) it's the worst. Works when on Cellular or Work VPN.

 

What have I done so far? 

1. Reverted the router + satellite's firmware to the previous version 

2. Confirmed that No services are blocked

3. Confirmed that No sites are blocked

4 turned off/reboot/tried again/turned on/reboot/try again

   4.1 Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence

   4.2 Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings

   4.3 Enable MU-MIMO

   4.4 Enable Fast Roaming

 

So frustrated.

    Did it work better with the firmware downgraded? 

    Did you try a factory reset? 

    What modem/gateway is it connected to?

      Nope hasn't worked after I have downgraded. Will try a factory reset next weekend. Will keep you guys posted.
