iPhone and Android Orbi app won't detect my SXR80/SXS80's

Seems like the misunderstanding is my part, they said that the Orbi Pro can only be used with the Insight App, while only the Orbi can be used with the Orbi app.

Is this Orbi Pro 6 system operating in AP mode?
Yes, this is in AP mode.
When I was messing with the Orbi RBR850/RBS850, it seemed like I could only get the Orbi mobile app to work if my mobile device was connected directly to the router, if it had connected to a satellite, I would get the same error. For the Orbi Pro SXR80, no matter what, router or satellite, same error for iOS, however, for Android, if I get my device on the router, the display seems to indicate it was going to work, but in the end it doesn't. Just thought this was an interesting behavior. I relate to to trying to use "orbilogin.com", when I'm not directly connected to the router. This doesn't seem to work on my PC unless I plug directly into the router or using the SSID from the router, etc.
