NETGEAR ORBI PRO WIFI 6 SXK30100NAS problems connecting to net T Mobile gateway

Hi wmh1968,

There shouldn't be a direct need to clear all your current settings (Wi-Fi/channels/profiles etc.) when you connect to a new gateway.

Is it just your ISP that changed? So, you unplugged your ATT gateway and installed your T-Mobile gateway, and inserted the new gateway in the WAN port?

Now, is the new gateway a modem, or, in bridge mode, or, a router, that passes a local IP to the SXR30?

You should be safe to login to the GUI, then go to Internet (which most likely will say offline, or something in that direction😞

Then, you can change your settings here, based on what T-Mobile advises.

Additionally, to sync your satellite, you can go to the section on the left (Add Orbi Pro Satellite), connect the new satellite near the router, and, then follow the steps there. That should allow you to sync your satellite.
