No satellites showing on AX1800

I have reinstalled the app, but continuing to find the network map no longer shows my satellites. Ive just bought two more to add to the network as I was not getting sufficient coverage in my home. Before it was so helpful in showing how the satellites were meshing/ linking from the router or eachother. Now, the font is different and there is no satellite info showing up at all. Just "internet" and "router". This is a pretty critical bug. Help.

    Welcome to the community!

     

    Assuming that this is the SXK30, do you recall any events that might have caused the issue?

    Also, were you using the NETGEAR Insight App or the Orbi app? I'd suggest using the former.

     

    Lastly, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done so far? Were you able to perform a factory reset as well if that's possible?
