Orbi Pro Mini includes Satellite as Attached Device even if wired to router
The Orbi Pro Mini Satellite is wired via Ethernet + switch to the same network as the Router (in Access Point Mode). But in the web interphase under Attached Devices the satellite appears under "...

You for sure can use a wired backhaul.
But your satellites need to be connected to the lan port on the SXR. Not the wan port.
So if you're using a switch, it needs to go gateway----->SXR wan port---->lan port from router to switch----->satellites
You can't just connect the router to the switch using its wan port. Well, you can but then you get what issue you're having.

Hi thanks for the reply. Sorry I don't understand what you are saying. Are you saying that Orbi Pro Mini as an Access Point has to be connected to the modem?
"gateway----->SXR wan port---->lan port from router to switch----->satellites"
Should it not be:
Gateway---->Router---->SXR (wan port)---SXR(LAN port)--->Switch----satellites?

this option:
Gateway---->Router---->SXR (wan port)---SXR(LAN port)--->Switch----satellites?
the satellites must be connected to the SXR's lan port if hardwired in.

I see. Is there any reason why this won't work?
Gateway---->Router----Switch--->SXR (wan port)---SXR(LAN port)
--->----satellites?
Isn't it in essence the same physical connection as:
Gateway---->Router---->SXR (wan port)---SXR(LAN port)--->Switch----satellites?

If 2 routers (SXR30) are connected, both need to be in "router" mode. If one of them is AP mode, it would have some problems.
