Orbi Pro Router SRR60 Guest Portal not agreeing to Terms and Conditions

Question

When setting up the Guest Portal with for my Orbi SRR60 router it takes me to the guest portal page to agree to the terms and conditions. When hitting agree it sends me back to the same Portal to agree to the terms and conditions and is stuck in this ifinite loop.
